Deborah Seavey

Previously, employed by a municipality, Deborah Seavey for 17 years was

both the Inland Wetlands Enforcement Officer and the Soil Erosion Control

Officer. During this period, Mrs. Seavey conducted numerous site

inspections, completed plan reviews, estimated soil and erosion bond

figures, compiled reports and made technical recommendations. Mrs.

Seavey is a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC

#2362) from the International Erosion Control Association. Mrs. Seavey is

dedicated to maintaining her field knowledge and cooperative reputation

with all communities.

Mark Thrum

Previously, Mark Thrum was employed for seven years with a company that

provided services for erosion/stormwater control, which designed and

applied for erosion control methods. Mr. Thrum has an additional five

years experience in design and installation of anionic polyacrylamide

flocculent stormwater sediment migration control systems. His experience

continues with five years of hydraulic application of bonded fiber matrix

wood fiber slurries for soil erosion control of severe slopes. Mr. Thrum

holds his B.S. in Chemistry from Worcester State College. Mr. Thrum is

also dedicated in maintaining his knowledge in the soil erosion control field.
